During an edu-trip you will learn about who lived in the Wawel Castle, what was the legend connected to the gothic St.Mary's Church, what was sold in the Cloth Hall, you will visit the famous Lady with an Ermine, you will see the university where Pope John Paul II and Nicolaus Copernicus studied, you will visit the underground kingdom of one of the oldest in the world still working salt mines in Wieliczka, you will learn krakowiak - one of the regional polish dances, you will taste the traditional delicacy of the Podhale region, you will learn about the possibilities of studying in Krakow in English, you will discover the slavic pyramides, you will go on a cruise to a Romanesque-Gothic monastery in order to listen to Gregorian chant. You can also spend time in an even more active way - for those craving for exercise we have a special offer full of sports and games.


EXAMPLE OF YOUR TRIP AGENDA

Day 1
  • 8 a.m.- arrival, transport to the hostel, breakfast
  • 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. city game; during the game sightseeing of: The Wawel Hill (Wawel Cathedral, the Sigismund Bell, the castle courtyard), the Market Square, Cloth Hall, St.Mary's Church, Czartoryskich Museum, Collegium Maius - courtyard of one of the oldest universites in Europe and dinner
  • 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. - free time on the Market Square
  • 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. - supper during which the results of the game will be announced, Polish folklore workshops: folk dances
  • 9 p.m. - return to the hostel

Day 2
  • 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. - a trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine
  • 12:30 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.- lunch in an underground restaurant
  • 1:30 p.m.- 2 p.m. - return to Krakow
  • 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Polish folklore workshops e.g. cut-outs making
  • 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. - dinner
  • 5:15 p.m. - 5:40 p.m. - transport to Laser Arena
  • 5:40 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Laser game
  • 7 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. - ghost tour in Kazimierz (Jewish district of Krakow)
  • 8:45 p.m. - 10 p.m. - supper in Kazimierz district with klezmer music in the background
  • 10:30 p.m. - return to the hostel

Day 3
  • 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - meeting with universities' representatives
  • 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. - dinner
  • 5 p.m.- departure
